LONDRONE is an independent operational research and business validation initiative led by Constantin-Cristian Popescu.
Before a product,
a reason to exist.
We investigate expensive repetitive work and assess whether technology, including AI, can remove a meaningful part of it.
The focus is practical: the workflow, the budget owner, existing alternatives and economic value. The test must be useful to the business doing the work.
How decisions are made
Research defines the problem. A proof of value measures the proposed change. Software follows when the evidence supports it.
Current stage
The food data workflow inquiry is exploratory. No validated product, customer deployment, customer count or savings result is claimed.
